Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Outbound Product Security Manager to lead the AI security product strategy for enterprise AI deployments. You will bridge cutting-edge AI security with practical solutions, earning trust from skeptical engineers and accelerating secure adoption.

You will own the roadmap, drive cross-functional execution with Platform and Product teams, and engage enterprise customers to shape security requirements while maintaining developer productivity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, product ownership, or technical product analysis in commercial software
• 3–5+ years focus on Security, AI Security, or GenAI
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and their security implications
• Deep understanding of authentication/authorization protocols and emerging AI-specific patterns
• Track record of shipping security products in cross-functional environments
• Technical credibility - ability to read code, review architectures, and challenge technical decisions

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Security Product Strategy and define the roadmap for securing agentic AI across internal systems and customer offerings
• Lead architectural reviews with deep expertise in agentic AI frameworks and their attack surfaces
• Transform Red Team findings into a prioritized, data-driven backlog
• Shift security narrative to be a competitive advantage while enabling engineering productivity
• Partner with Platform and Product Engineering PMs to embed AI security into development lifecycles
• Define success metrics balancing security effectiveness with developer experience
• Coordinate with Documentation, Training, and Professional Services for smooth rollouts
• Engage key enterprise customers on AI security requirements
