Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its AI Security practice to lead security, governance, and risk engagements across diverse industries. You will direct AI-SPM initiatives, architect governance frameworks, and work closely with client executives to translate complex findings into clear, prioritized recommendations.

You will guide secure AI development, embed security into pipelines, and mentor teams while supporting business development and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, or related field with 5+ years experience, or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
Experience in AI security assessments, AI-SPM, governance, and risk management.
Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS.
Knowledge of NIST CSF, 800-53, ISO 27001/27002 in AI environments.
Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage AI security and governance engagements across industries.
Oversee AI security assessments and AI-SPM implementations.
Design governance frameworks, policies, and controls for secure AI deployment.
Collaborate with CISOs, CIOs, and program owners to translate findings into executive recommendations.
Embed security in AI development pipelines and guide tooling configurations.
Mentor Senior Consultants and deliver on time and budget.
Support business development and client presentations.
