Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Security to lead client engagements focusing on AI risk assessments, AI-SPM, governance program design, and secure AI architecture. You will drive meaningful outcomes, guide architecture reviews, and embed security in AI pipelines across diverse industries.

You will mentor teams, monitor evolving AI threats and regulatory developments, and contribute to business development and thought leadership at EY's Cybersecurity capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; 5+ years' experience incl. AI/ML security (or graduate degree with 4+ years).
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI-SPM, AI governance, and AI risk management.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD security, cloud security for AI workloads (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800‑53, ISO 27001/27002 and AI RMF; ability to lead client-facing engagements.

• Oversee AI-SPM implementations and guide governance framework design.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and deliver high-quality client service within timelines and budgets.
