Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Security within the Cyber practice to lead AI security and governance engagements across multiple industries. You will direct AI‑SPM implementations, guide governance framework design, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for executives.

Travel is required, and you will mentor teams while growing EY's AI security offerings. The role emphasizes collaboration with CISOs, CIOs, and program owners to drive secure AI deployments and compliant practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, 5+ years in relevant field, AI/ML security experience preferred.
• Experience with AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS) and CSF/ISO controls.
• Experience leading client engagements and delivering security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security engagements across industries, including AI-SPM and governance.
• Design governance frameworks, policies, and controls for secure AI deployment.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and deliver on timelines and budgets.
