Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Security within its Cybersecurity practice to lead AI risk assessments, AI‑SPM implementations, and governance program design.

You will work with CISOs and AI program owners to translate technical findings into prioritized recommendations, steer engagements, and mentor Senior Consultants while driving business development and ensuring delivery against budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; AI security exp 1–2 years minimum.
• Experience in AI security assessments and governance.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, and 800-53 in AI contexts.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security engagements across industries and manage project workstreams.
• Direct AI‑SPM implementations and governance framework design.
• Translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Configure AI security tooling and integrate into pipelines.
