Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Cyber practice focused on AI Security. You will lead AI security engagements, oversee AI‑SPM implementations, and design governance frameworks that enable responsible and secure AI deployment.

You will work with CISOs, CIOs, and AI program owners to deliver executive-ready recommendations and manage delivery teams. You will translate technical findings into strategic guidance, manage budgets and timelines, and stay ahead of evolving AI threats and regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience (1–2 years in AI/ML security) or a graduate degree with ~4+ years of experience.
Experience in AI security assessments, AI‑SPM, AI governance, and AI risk management frameworks.
Familiarity with AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS).
Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002 in AI-enabled environments.
Experience leading client-facing cybersecurity or AI security engagements.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Lead AI security and AI governance engagements across multiple industries.
Direct AI‑SPM implementations and guide governance framework design.
Translate complex AI security findings into prioritized executive recommendations.
Oversee security tooling integration within AI development pipelines.
Mentor Senior Consultants and deliver projects within timelines and budgets.
