Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in our AI Security practice to lead AI security and governance engagements across multiple industries. You will direct AI‑SPM implementations, guide policy design, and mentor teams while maintaining budgets and schedules.

You will work with CISOs and AI program owners to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and help EY expand its AI security capabilities globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with ~4+ years.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI-SPM or AI model risk evaluations.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS.
• Experience with CI/CD security and cloud security for AI workloads.
