Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Security within the Cyber practice to lead AI security and governance engagements across industries. You will oversee AI security assessments, AI‑SPM implementations, and governance framework design, working with CISOs, CIOs, and AI program owners to translate findings into strategic recommendations.

You will mentor senior consultants and manage engagement workstreams while navigating regulatory developments and evolving AI security tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, incl. 1–2 years in AI or ML security; or a graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI security and AI governance engagements across industries.
• Oversee AI security assessments and AI‑SPM implementations.
• Guide governance framework design, policies, and controls for responsible AI deployment.
• Collaborate with client leadership to evaluate AI risk postures and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Mentor teams and deliver high-quality client service within timelines and budgets.
