Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Security within its Cyber practice to lead client engagements on AI risk assessments, AI-SPM, governance program design, and secure AI architecture.

You will work with executives to evaluate AI risk postures, guide architecture reviews, and embed security in AI development pipelines while mentoring teams and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, IS, engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; 1–2 years in AI security.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI-SPM, model risk evaluations, or AI governance programs.
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs) and NIST CSF/ISO27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security and governance engagements across industries; oversee AI-SPM implementations and governance framework design.
• Collaborate with CISOs, CIOs, and AI program owners to translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Mentor and manage Senior Consultants and Consultants; drive client service within timelines and budgets.
