Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Cyber practice focused on AI Security to lead client engagements in AI risk, governance and secure AI architecture. You will drive AI security assessments, direct AI‑SPM implementations, and shape governance frameworks while mentoring teams and delivering value within timelines and budgets.

You will engage with CISOs, CIOs and AI program owners, translate complex findings for executives, and stay current with EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and evolving AI security tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/CS/IS/Engineering or related field with 5+ years of AI/security experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security and AI governance engagements across industries.
• Oversee AI security assessments and AI‑SPM implementations.
• Guide governance frameworks, policies, and controls for responsible AI deployment.
• Collaborate with client leadership to translate findings into executive‑ready recommendations.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants; manage engagement workstreams.
