Job summary

EY, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Manager on the AI Security team within the Cyber practice to lead client engagements in AI risk assessments, AI‑SPM, governance design, and secure AI architectures.

You will oversee engagements, mentor Senior Consultants, translate technical findings into executive‑level recommendations, and collaborate with CISOs and program owners across industries while keeping pace with evolving AI regulations and security tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field with 5+ years of experience, including AI security.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI‑SPM, and governance design.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and MITRE ATLAS.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security assessments and AI-SPM engagements across industries.
• Design governance frameworks, policies, and controls for responsible AI.
• Translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Oversee engagement workstreams and mentor Senior Consultants.
• Guide integration of AI security tooling in development pipelines.
• Support business development and client presentations.
• Monitor AI threat landscape and regulatory developments.
