Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including AI or machine learning security.
• Experience leading AI security engagements and governance programs.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS, and related frameworks.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI security and AI governance engagements across industries.
• Direct AI‑SPM implementations and guide governance frameworks and controls.
• Collaborate with client leadership to evaluate risk postures and provide executive‑ready recommendations.
• Embed security in AI development/deployment pipelines and mentor teams.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
