Job summary

EY is recruiting a Manager to lead AI security engagements across industries, overseeing AI security assessments, AI‑SPM, and governance program design. You will guide clients through governance frameworks, policies, and controls enabling secure AI deployment and translate findings into executive‑level recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, information systems, or engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience (1–2 years in AI security); or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI‑SPM, AI governance, model risk evaluations, and policy development.
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks/guidance including NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS.
• Working knowledge of foundations: NIST CSF, NIST 800‑53, ISO 27001/27002 in AI environments.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security engagements across diverse industries and oversee AI security assessments and AI‑SPM implementations.
• Guide clients through governance framework design, policies, and controls for secure and responsible AI deployment.
• Translate technical findings into prioritized, executive‑ready recommendations for stakeholders.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants and deliver high‑quality client service within timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with EY teams to deliver integrated AI security and governance solutions.
