Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager on the AI Security team to lead security engagements across industries, overseeing AI‑SPM implementations and governance design for secure, responsible AI deployment.

You will collaborate with client executives, translate findings into actionable guidance, and mentor teams while staying ahead of AI regulatory developments and industry best practices. A nationwide travel expectation applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years’ experience.
• 1–2 years in AI or machine learning security; or graduate degree with 4+ years experience.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI‑SPM, or AI model risk evaluations; governance and risk management.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS.
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800‑53, ISO 27001/27002 in AI-enabled environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and ability to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security engagements across industries and oversee AI‑SPM implementations.
• Guide governance frameworks, policies, and controls for responsible AI deployment.
• Collaborate with CISOs, CIOs, and AI program owners to translate findings into executive‑ready recommendations.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and deliver client services within timelines and budgets.
• Monitor AI threat landscape and regulatory developments (EU AI Act, NIST RMF).
