Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AI Security Manager to lead engagements across AI risk assessments, AI‑SPM, and governance program design within EY's Cyber practice. The role involves directing security architecture reviews, guiding AI deployment with robust controls, and collaborating with executives to translate technical findings into actionable strategies.

You will work with CISOs, CIOs, and AI program owners, driving security outcomes while navigating evolving AI regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI‑SPM, AI governance, and AI risk management.
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS) and foundational cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST 800‑53, ISO 27001/27002).
• Experience supporting or leading client‑facing cybersecurity engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security engagements across industries, overseeing AI risk postures and governance frameworks.
• Direct AI‑SPM implementations and guide governance framework design for secure AI deployment.
• Embed security in AI development pipelines and translate findings into executive‑ready recommendations.
• Manage engagement workstreams and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.
