Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its AI Security practice to lead client engagements on AI risk assessments, AI governance programs, and secure AI architecture. You will direct AI-SPM implementations, architect governance frameworks, and guide executive stakeholders through prioritized recommendations.

You will mentor teams, manage delivery with budgets and timelines, and stay current on AI security tooling, regulatory trends, and market opportunities as EY builds a leading AI security practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in AI or machine learning security; or a graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI-SPM, or AI model risk evaluations
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks: NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS
• Willingness to travel 25–50%

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI security and AI governance engagements across diverse industries.
• Oversee AI security assessments and AI-SPM implementations.
• Guide governance frameworks, policies, and controls for responsible AI deployment.
• Provide hands-on direction in configuring and integrating AI security tooling.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants; manage engagement workstreams.
• Monitor AI threat landscape and regulatory developments (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF); contribute to business development and EY practice growth
