Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in our AI Security practice to lead client engagements focused on AI risk, governance, and secure architecture. You will direct AI security assessments, AI-SPM programs, and governance framework design, working with CISOs, CIOs, and AI program owners.

You will mentor Senior Consultants, drive workstreams on budgets and timelines, and collaborate with EY's Cybersecurity and AI teams to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions while staying current with evolving AI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field and ~5+ years in security.
1–2 years in AI or ML security.
Experience with AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs).
Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002 in AI-enabled environments.

Responsibilities

Lead AI security and governance engagements across industries.
Oversee AI-SPM implementations and guide governance framework design.
Mentor teams and manage engagement workstreams within budgets.
Collaborate with EY's Cybersecurity and AI capabilities for integrated solutions.
