Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Security to lead AI risk assessments, AI-SPM programs, and governance design for diverse clients. You will guide architecture, controls, and policy development while embedding security in AI pipelines.

In this role you’ll mentor Senior Consultants and work with CISOs and executives to translate technical findings into actionable strategies, managing delivery across EY’s Cybersecurity and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher with cybersecurity focus and 5+ years in security.
• Experience in AI security, governance, and risk management.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, NIST AI RMF, and MITRE ATLAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security engagements, AI-SPM implementations, and governance design.
• Mentor teams and manage client relationships within budgets and timelines.
• Translate findings into executive-ready recommendations for EY clients.
• Collaborate across EY Cybersecurity and AI capabilities to deliver solutions.
