Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director AI Security to lead the enterprise AI Security program, reporting to the CISO.

This executive will govern AI security strategy, risk, compliance, and secure adoption across the organization, including AI models, LLMs, and AI-enabled platforms. He/she will recruit and grow a high-performing AI security team and partner with Legal, Privacy, and Technology leaders to align security with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive cybersecurity leadership.
• 3+ years designing, implementing, and securing AI/ML.
• CISSP certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise AI Security strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish AI security standards, policies, and secure development requirements.
• Lead AI security risk management including model governance and third-party assessments.
• Build and lead the AI Security organization with budgeting and operations.
• Partner with executives and business leaders to enable secure AI adoption.
