Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of AI Security to establish and mature the enterprise AI Security program, reporting to the CISO.

This executive role drives governance, risk management, and secure adoption of AI technologies across the organization while enabling responsible innovation. You will recruit and lead AI security architects, engineers, and specialists, collaborating with Legal, Privacy, Technology, and business leaders to securely enable enterprise AI initiatives and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; Master's preferred
• 10+ years in progressive cybersecurity leadership
• 3+ years designing, implementing AI/ML security
• 2+ years cloud security configuration with AWS/GCP/Azure

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise AI Security strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead AI security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI security team and partner with business leaders.
