Job summary

Reflection seeks a high-impact MTS Lead for Product Security who will design and scale our security program across data centers, cloud and neocloud environments, and strategic growth projects. You will partner with the CISO and CSO to translate strategy into an operating model and to oversee governance, risk, and compliance across a globally distributed technology footprint.

You will lead both strategic initiatives and hands-on security work, owning security standards, contractual negotiations

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or related fields.
• Proven track record building security programs in startups/AI/cloud environments.
• Experience scaling teams from 0→1 and 1→N.
• Experience securing AI infrastructure and GPU compute environments.
• Familiarity with neocloud providers and large-scale physical infrastructure.
• Experience leading vendor risk programs and security contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP and related audits.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term security strategy and operating model.
• Represent security leadership with customers, auditors, investors, regulators, and executives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop security professionals.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution as needed.
• Own security for data centers, colocation facilities, and infrastructure globally.
• Embed security across data center lifecycle from site selection to operations.
• Set standards for physical access, surveillance, asset protection, and resilience.
• Own neocloud security strategy, design standards, and governance.
• Lead assessments of neocloud deployments and drive remediation.
• Negotiate security requirements with neocloud vendors and ensure contractual enforceability.
• Lead security due diligence for acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Identify risks with Risk Leader and drive post-acquisition integration.
