Reflection is seeking a Head of Identity and Access Management to architect, build, and operate our identity infrastructure with zero-trust security at the core, balancing security with developer usability.

You will lead a bleeding-edge program—hardware-backed authentication, just-in-time credentials for GPU clusters, and dynamic access controls—while keeping researchers productive and secure.

Formación

• 15+ years of dedicated experience in identity security, security architecture, or infrastructure engineering.
• Demonstrated track record of architecting and operating modern, zero-trust identity infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on experience securing IAM boundaries across major cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and containerized environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement a cloud-native identity architecture using modern IdPs and zero-trust networks.
• Evolve the organization’s identity boundary with cryptographically-grounded alternatives.
• Own the full identity lifecycle architecture across corporate, production, and research environments.
