Job summary

Reflection is seeking a Senior MTS Lead for Product Security to build and scale the company’s security program across data center, cloud, and neocloud environments. You will partner with the CISO and executive leadership to translate strategy into an operating model that supports hypergrowth.

The role blends strategic architecture with hands-on execution, designing standards for physical and digital security, and leading security governance for Reflection’s frontier AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or related fields.
• Proven track record building security programs in startups, AI companies, or cloud providers.
• Experience securing AI infrastructure and GPU compute environments.
• Experience with neocloud providers, hyperscalers, and vendor risk programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term security strategy and operating model.
• Represent security leadership with customers, auditors, regulators, and executives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop security professionals.
• Own data center, cloud, and neocloud security strategy and governance.
• Lead security due diligence for acquisitions and partnerships.
• Oversee vendor security assessments and third-party risk management.
