Job summary

Strategic Education, Inc. is seeking a hands-on specialist to own AI search visibility and performance analytics for our organic and AI-driven discovery programs.

This hybrid role combines analytical reporting with strategic recommendations and will report to the Director of SEO & AEO for our US Higher Education group. The ideal candidate is early-to-mid career in SEO, eager to specialize in AI search, and comfortable working across SEO, content, development, and analytics teams to optimize

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO, analytics, or digital marketing performance roles.
• Working knowledge of structured data/schema markup (JSON-LD preferred) and willingness to implement.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, GA4 and Google Search Console; knowledge of Semrush or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-visibility tools a plus and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable building reports, spotting trends, and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day reporting across SEO, AEO, and AI-visibility performance (organic traffic, rankings, citation share, LLM mention frequency).
• Build and maintain dashboards using Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Athena.
• Translate raw performance data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track KPIs tying organic and AI visibility to leads and enrollment funnel entries.
• Partner with content agency to recommend structured tests and experimentation.
