Job summary

EAB, a leader in education analytics, seeks an SEO & GEO Visibility Specialist to boost organic reach for higher education partners. The role is based in Richmond, VA or Washington, DC, and combines traditional SEO with AI-driven discovery to improve crawlability, indexing, and content strategy.

You will audit, research keywords and prompts, advise partners, and translate insights into actionable recommendations while staying current with evolving trends and tools such as GA4 and Google Search

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT, communications or related field.
• 2 years of SEO experience with solid principles.
• Knowledge of GEO and AI-driven search behavior.
• Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio.
• Analytical skills to distill data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of website design and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Advise partners and conduct audits to improve SEO and GEO.
• Perform keyword and prompt research for on-page optimization.
