Bounteous seeks a Senior SEO & AEO to lead enterprise search initiatives across client portfolios. You will own strategy, execution oversight, and performance measurement for traditional SEO and AI-powered search ecosystems.

Responsibilities include optimizing AI Overviews, structured data, and knowledge graphs, while collaborating with content, analytics, and product teams to drive measurable ROI. This role supports cross-client growth and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving SEO performance for enterprise or large-scale brands.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading AI-driven search initiatives and AI Overviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead holistic search strategy across traditional SEO, AEO, and AI-driven search.
• Develop strategies for AI Overviews, Featured Snippets, People Also Ask and zero-click optimization.
• Drive entity-based optimization and knowledge graph presence.
• Collaborate with content, digital, UX, and analytics teams to align SEO with business goals.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and client leadership.
