Job summary

Princess Cruises seeks a Lead, AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) to own the technical execution for AI-powered visibility across LLMs and AI search platforms. You will bridge Engineering, Content, SEO, Analytics, and agencies to accelerate discoverability.

You will drive strategies for AEO/GEO, optimize content and site structure for AI finds, own structured data, measure performance, and translate business goals into technical requirements for delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on SEO.
• 1+ year of hands-on AEO/GEO optimization experience.
• Experience working with AI-driven search ecosystems and emerging discovery platforms.
• Strong understanding of how SEO, AEO, and GEO contribute to broader digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• AI Search & AEO/GEO Strategy Execution (25%): Translate AI Search strategies into actionable technical initiatives and align traditional SEO with AI-native optimization efforts.
• AI Search / LLM Optimization (25%): Optimize content and site structure for LLM discoverability and citation; improve entity authority and topical relevance; enhance structured data and citations.
• Technical SEO & Structured Data Ownership (20%): Own and enhance schema markup and structured data; improve crawlability, indexation, and internal linking; collaborate with engineering for semantic HTML and accessibility signals.
• Performance Measurement & Optimization (15%): Define and track KPIs for visibility, citations, traffic, and conversions; develop AI-search-specific measurement frameworks; lead testing and optimization.
• Engineering Partnership & Delivery (10%): Serve as primary contact for AEO/GEO requirements; translate business objectives into technical requirements; influence prioritization and validate delivery.
• Additional Responsibilities (5%): Perform other duties; adhere to company policies and controls.
