Job summary

Avenue Z is seeking a strategic AEO/SEO Strategist to design, implement, and iterate AEO programs that improve AI-driven discovery. You will lead client relationships, translate trends into priorities, and align marketing goals with AEO strategies to boost AI-assisted conversions.

You will work across organic visibility, AI surfaces, and traditional SEO, collaborating with content, PR, and analytics teams to strengthen brand presence and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO strategy.
• 1 year in AEO / GEO strategy.
• Strong client presence and ability to present to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead organic strategy for a portfolio of clients, building annual and quarterly roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on AEO/SEO, guiding conversations around organic growth.
• Translate search trends and performance insights into clear strategic priorities.
• Connect organic performance to business outcomes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, PR, and creative teams to improve discoverability across surfaces.
