Job summary

Strategic Education, Inc. is seeking a hands-on specialist to own AI search visibility and performance analytics for our organic and AI-driven discovery programs.

This hybrid role balances analysis and strategy, reporting to the Director of SEO & AEO for our US Higher Education group. You’ll gain deep exposure to the AI-search landscape, working with structured data and AI-driven content to improve visibility and KPIs across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SEO, analytics, or digital marketing performance roles.
• Working knowledge of structured data/schema markup (JSON-LD preferred) and willingness to implement.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, GA4 and Google Search Console; SEMrush experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-visibility tools; data-driven with clear storytelling for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• AI Search & Answer Engine Optimization: implement schema markup, entity modeling, and AI-visible content.
• Analytics & Reporting: own dashboards and KPI tracking across SEO, AEO, and AI visibility.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Track KPIs tying organic/AI visibility to leads, enrollments, and conversions.
• Collaborate with Content and Analytics teams to test structured approaches and report outcomes.
