Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Content Modernization Author to transform enterprise knowledge content for AI-enabled experiences. You will review, rewrite, and structure procedures, policies, and reference materials, aligning with EKM standards and plain-language principles.

You will collaborate with SMEs, apply metadata and taxonomy, support migration readiness, and participate in inventories and validation efforts, delivering clear, searchable content and status reports to business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Knowledge Management, Business or related field.
• Experience creating, editing, or managing business, operational, instructional, or knowledge-based content.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs to document business processes and organize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and modernize content to meet EKM standards.
• Rewrite and restructure content using AI-enabled tools, templates, and style guides.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and business intent.
• Ensure content follows plain-language and user-centered design for findability and comprehension.
• Apply metadata, tagging, and classification for enterprise search and AI-readiness.
