Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Growth Platforms AI Product Management Director to lead the design, build, and scaling of AI-powered agent applications delivering strategic insights for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll partner with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and business leads to translate customer needs into actionable product specs and experiences.

You will own the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritize use cases, and drive success metrics, while collaborating with DevOps, data, and platform teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with ~3+ years of experience.
• Proven product management experience in data-intensive or AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Strong data lifecycle experience: ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
• Proven track record leading products at the intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering.
• Understanding of real-world data merging, schema linking, and model evaluation at scale.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, RAG, or data fusion for insight delivery.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI-powered agent applications surfacing strategic insights across industries.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to build multi-source insight workflows and with stakeholders to translate needs into specs.
• Own product roadmap and prioritize use cases based on feasibility, impact, and data availability.
• Work with AI/ML engineers to validate models, features, and insight generation logic.
• Coordinate with data engineers to assess data availability and merge logic across signals.
• Partner with DevOps/Platform teams for secure, scalable delivery of outputs.
• Define POC/MVP requirements and success metrics for each product or data application.
• Articulate customer-facing positioning of AI agent capabilities and business value.
