Job summary

EY-Parthenon Growth Platforms seeks a Growth Platforms AI Product Management Director to design, build, and scale AI-powered agent products that surface strategic insights for Fortune 500 clients.

You'll collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to translate needs into functional specs, establish POC/MVP criteria, and own the product roadmap in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and ~3 years of related work experience.
• Product management experience in data-intensive or AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Strong experience with data product lifecycle — ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
• Proven ability to lead products at the intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI-powered agent applications surfacing strategic insights across industries.
• Translate customer needs into functional product specs, agent behavior, and user experiences (API, dashboard, or embedded AI).
• Own product roadmap and use case prioritization based on feasibility, impact, and data availability.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to validate model fit and insight generation logic.
• Work with data engineers to assess data availability and merge logic across insurance, economic signals, and other data sources.
• Define POC and MVP requirements and success metrics for each agent product or data application.
• Own customer-facing positioning of agent capabilities and business value.
