Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Growth Platforms AI Product Management Director to lead the creation of AI-powered agent applications and data-driven insights across industries. You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions such as APIs, dashboards, or embedded AI.

You will own the product roadmap, drive prioritization, and define success metrics for each product, while partnering with DevOps and data teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, CS, Analytics or related field and 5 years of related work experience; or graduate degree and ~3 years of related work experience.
• Product management experience in data-intensive or AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of data product lifecycle — ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
• Proven experience leading products at the intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, RAG, or data fusion for insight delivery.
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of data-driven, AI-powered agent applications surfacing strategic insights.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to build multi-source insight workflows.
• Translate customer needs into functional product specs, agent behavior, and user experiences (API, dashboard, or embedded AI).
• Own product roadmap and prioritize use cases based on feasibility, impact, and data availability.
• Work with AI/ML Engineers to validate model fit and insight generation logic.
• Coordinate with Data Engineers on data availability, coverage, and merge logic.
• Partner with DevOps/Platform teams for secure, scalable delivery of outputs.
• Define POC and MVP requirements and success metrics for each product or data application.
• Own customer-facing positioning of agent capabilities.
