Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Growth Platforms AI Product Management Director to design, build, and scale AI-powered agent applications that surface strategic insights for Fortune 500 clients. You will work with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to translate needs into actionable specs and user experiences (APIs, dashboards, or embedded AI).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience or a graduate degree with ~3 years.
PM experience in data-intensive or AI/ML platforms.
Experience with data product lifecycle: ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
Proven track record leading products at intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering.
Understanding of agentic AI workflows, RAG, or data fusion for insight delivery.
Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to travel and work extra hours.

Responsibilities

Lead development of data-driven, AI-powered agent applications surfacing strategic insights.
Collaborate with engineering to build multi-source insight workflows and translate needs into specs.
Own product roadmap and prioritize use cases based on feasibility and impact.
Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers to validate models and insight generation.
Define POC and MVP requirements and success metrics.
Position agent capabilities to explain what AI knows and how it helps business problems.
