Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking a Growth Platforms AI Product Management Director. You will lead architecting data-driven AI agent solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate needs into product specs, dashboards, APIs, and notebooks.

You will shape product roadmaps, prioritize use cases by feasibility and impact, ensure secure, scalable delivery, and define success metrics for MVPs and POCs across industries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and ~3 years.
• Product management experience in data-intensive or AI/ML platforms.
• Strong data product lifecycle knowledge: ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
• Proven leadership of products at the intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering.
• Strong understanding of real-world data merging, schema linking, and model evaluation at scale.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, RAG, or data fusion for insight delivery.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data-driven, AI-powered agent applications.
• Translate customer needs into functional product specs and user experiences.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to validate models and features.
• Work with data engineers on data availability, merging, and integration.
• Define POC and MVP requirements and success metrics for each product.
• Own customer-facing positioning of agent capabilities.
