Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking an AI Product Management Director to lead data-driven AI agent applications that surface strategic insights for Fortune 500 clients. You will partner with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable products, dashboards, and APIs.

You'll own the product roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration, and define success metrics for POC/MVPs, while navigating multi-sector data and complex workflows in a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, CS, Analytics, or related field with 5 years of experience; or graduate degree with ~3 years experience.
• Product management experience, ideally in data-intensive or AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Strong experience with data product lifecycle: ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
• Proven track record leading products at the intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, RAG, or data fusion for insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI-powered agent applications surfacing strategic insights across industries.
• Translate customer needs into functional product specs, agent behavior, and user experiences (API, dashboard, or embedded AI).
• Own product roadmap and prioritize use cases based on feasibility, impact, and data availability.
• Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers to validate model fit and insight generation logic.
• Coordinate with Data Engineers to assess data availability and merge logic across signals.
• Define POC and MVP requirements and success metrics for each product/data app.
