Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Growth Platforms AI Product Management Director to lead the design, build, and scale of AI-powered agent applications that surface strategic insights for Fortune 500 clients. You will work with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable product features and user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field; 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~3 years of experience.
• Product management experience, ideally in data-intensive or AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of data product lifecycle — ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
• Proven experience leading products at the intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, RAG, or data fusion for insight delivery.
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data-driven, AI-powered agent applications surfacing strategic insights across industries.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to validate model fit, feature strategy, and insight generation logic.
• Define product roadmap and prioritize use cases based on feasibility, impact, and data availability.
• Coordinate with data engineers on data availability, merging, and integration for signals across domains.
• Partner with DevOps/Platform teams to ensure secure, scalable delivery of outputs (dashboards, APIs, notebooks).
