EY-Parthenon within EY Growth Platforms is seeking an AI Product Management Director to design, build, and scale AI-powered agent applications that surface strategic insights across industries. You’ll partner with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to translate customer needs into concrete product specs, workflows, and user experiences.

The role requires leading data-driven product development, owning the roadmap, and delivering secure, scalable outputs such as dashboards,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related work experience, or a graduate degree with ~3 years experience.
Experience in product management, ideally for data-intensive or AI/ML platforms.
Strong data lifecycle knowledge: ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
Proven track record leading products at the intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering.
Understanding of agentic AI workflows and data fusion concepts.
Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead development of data-driven, AI-powered agent applications surfacing strategic insights.
Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to translate needs into specs.
Define POC and MVP requirements and success metrics for each product.
Ensure secure, scalable, compliant delivery of outputs (dashboards, APIs, notebooks).
Own customer-facing positioning of agent capabilities.
