EY-Parthenon within EY Growth Platforms is seeking an AI Product Management Director to design, build, and scale AI-powered agent applications that surface strategic insights across industries. You’ll partner with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to translate customer needs into concrete product specs, workflows, and user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related work experience, or a graduate degree with ~3 years experience.
• Experience in product management, ideally for data-intensive or AI/ML platforms.
• Strong data lifecycle knowledge: ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
• Proven track record leading products at the intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering.
• Understanding of agentic AI workflows and data fusion concepts.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of data-driven, AI-powered agent applications surfacing strategic insights.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to translate needs into specs.
• Define POC and MVP requirements and success metrics for each product.
• Ensure secure, scalable, compliant delivery of outputs (dashboards, APIs, notebooks).
• Own customer-facing positioning of agent capabilities.
