Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Growth Platforms AI Product Management Director to design, build, and scale AI-powered agent applications delivering strategic insights for Fortune 500 clients. You will translate business needs into specs, own the roadmaps, and collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data teams to deploy secure, scalable solutions across dashboards, APIs, notebooks, or alerts.

A data-driven mindset and experience in data-intensive platforms are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field with 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~3 years of related work experience.
Product management experience, ideally in data-intensive or AI/ML-driven platforms.
Strong understanding of data product lifecycle — ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
Proven experience leading products at the intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering.
Knowledge of agentic AI workflows, RAG, or data fusion for insight delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of data-driven, AI-powered agent applications surfacing strategic insights across industries.
Translate customer needs into functional product specs, agent behavior, and user experiences (API, dashboard, or embedded AI).
Own product roadmap and prioritize use cases based on feasibility, impact, and data availability.
Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers to validate models and insight generation logic.
Coordinate with Data Engineers on data availability, coverage, and merge logic across signals.
Work with DevOps/Platform teams to ensure secure, scalable delivery of outputs (dashboards, APIs, notebooks, or alerts).
Define POC and MVP requirements and success metrics for each product.
Position agent capabilities for customers: what they know and how they help solve business problems.
