Ada is seeking a Presales Consultant to join the North American Solutions Consulting team and be the technical voice in Ada's key deals. You will partner with Account Managers and Executives to run discovery, design automation-first solutions, and demonstrate Ada’s AI capabilities across chat, email, and voice.

This hands-on role requires designing complex solutions, showing how generative AI fits clients’ operations, and feeding field insights back to Product and Engineering for future builds.

Formación

• 3-5 years in presales, solutions consulting, or presales engineering.
• Proven track record of winning deals by communicating value and differentiation.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and business applications.

Responsabilidades

• Take technical ownership of a North American book from discovery to scoping.
• Lead demos and proof-of-concept projects to win deals.
• Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires with solid technical answers.
• Coordinate a seamless handoff to Professional Services for fast launches.
• Grow win rate and feed product improvements from field feedback.
