Job summary

Ada is seeking a hands-on presales engineer in the United States to partner with Account Managers and Account Executives, run discovery with customer service leaders, and design automation-first solutions that illustrate how generative AI fits their business.

You will take full technical ownership of a North American book, lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept, and win deals with custom demos across chat, email, and voice.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in presales, solutions consulting, or presales engineering.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and generative models.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, SaaS platforms, and integration methodologies.
