Read AI, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Talent Partner to own recruiting for one core partner group: Product & Design or Engineering. You’ll manage end-to-end searches for 6+ openings, from intake to signed offer, while shaping hiring briefs and interview plans.

You’ll build pipelines, coordinate interview loops, and actively partner with hiring managers. You’ll experiment with AI tools to speed up sourcing and improve the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical domains.
• Experience owning senior IC searches and first-line manager searches.
• Proven sourcing ability to build a slate from scratch and write effective outreach.
• Comfort partnering with hiring managers and using data to challenge assumptions.
• Strong recruiting operations skills and familiarity with a modern ATS (Ashby preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills to manage 6+ simultaneous searches and loops.
• Clear, warm communication with candidates at every stage.
• Track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Curiosity about AI and its impact on recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 6+ searches at a time across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Lead intakes, write hiring briefs, scorecards, and interview plans.
• Screen candidates with technical and functional fluency for calibration.
• Manage offers and closes, understanding what candidates need for acceptance.
• Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Dribbble, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews across busy panels and prepare all participants.
• Run debriefs to drive clear, calibrated hiring decisions.
• Use Ashby to report pipeline health, conversions, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on market insights and process improvements.
• Experiment with AI tools and automation to speed up sourcing and prep.
