Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company (AIUC) is hiring a Talent Partner to own end-to-end engineering and research recruitment in a fast-growing frontier AI environment. You’ll partner with engineering leads and founders to define what great looks like, source proactively, and close candidates who aren’t actively looking.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of full-cycle technical recruiting in high-growth tech.
• You can explain what separates a great engineer from a good one.
• Concrete, creative sourcing for passive candidates.
• You've closed candidates with competing offers from top AI companies.
• You use data to run your searches and push back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and research roles, from intake and calibration through sourcing, screening, offer, and close
• Partner with hiring managers to turn vague briefs into clear profiles and target lists
• Build talent maps and sourcing plays for hard-to-find profiles in AI evals, security, and forward deployed engineering
• Screen for what you can judge, and hand our technical interviewers candidates worth their time
• Run offer conversations, including equity, for candidates with strong options elsewhere
• Own the agency relationships for your searches
• Track your funnel and tell us what's working and what isn't
• Help make AIUC a place engineers want to work, through events and our team's networks
