Cyberhaven in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across the organization, from GTM to Engineering, Product, and G&A. You will build a market perspective, partner with hiring managers, and shape our AI-driven sourcing, screening, and communication workflows.

You'll lead searches end-to-end, write personalized outreach, manage interview loops, and guide offers. This role requires 3+ years of in-house experience and hybrid onsite presence two days a week.

Formación

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience at fast-growing startups.
• Ownership of searches from intake through close in a fast-moving, lean environment.
• Strong sourcing foundation: market research, identifying great candidates, thoughtful outreach.
• Curiosity to learn unfamiliar roles and adapt to support hiring across the board.
• Excellent communication with candidates, hiring partners, and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and close, keeping searches organized and moving.
• Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, calibrate early, and set expectations on timing and compensation.
• Run thoughtful screens to assess experience, skills and motivation, with clear recommendations.
• Manage interview loops, provide timely feedback, and present an honest view of the role to candidates.
