Job summary

Engine, the AI-native travel platform, is seeking a Product Recruiter to own hiring for Product Delivery—from Product Manager to Product Design and Growth. You will partner directly with our C-level leaders and Directors to shape the organization that defines how our products look, feel, and function for years to come.

This is a hands-on seat: you will build the sourcing motion, interview process, and hiring bar for design at Engine from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 6+ years (or deep expertise) of full-cycle recruiting in-house
• Deep experience hiring Product Managers, Product Design, Growth/Marketing
• Track record of building recruiting processes from 0 to 1
• Sharp eye for design quality and portfolio reviews
• Strong stakeholder management with C-level & Director partners
• Ability to influence with data: pipeline metrics, benchmarks, comp data
• Speed and resilience; thrive in ambiguity; pivot to Product hiring as needed

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment for Product Delivery roles: sourcing, screening, portfolio review, interview design, closing and offers
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Growth leaders as a talent advisor
• Redesign the Product Design hiring process: rubrics, loops, portfolio review standards, calibration sessions, scorecards
• Develop market maps of the design community and build long-term pipelines
• Use data to influence hiring decisions and forecast pipeline health
• Manage senior stakeholders with clarity, speed, and confidence
• Represent Engine's brand to top-tier candidates from outreach to offers
• Flex into GTM recruitment and other priorities as needed
