Symmetry is seeking a highly capable, customer-facing engineer who can own technical discovery from scope to live deployment. You will work across engineering, product, and client teams to build and embed multi-agent solutions that meet regulatory requirements and deliver measurable business impact.

You will qualify opportunities, prototype when needed, and craft a compelling business case showing hours saved and risk reduced.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, AI Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Architect).
• Proven track record shipping production systems in ambiguous, client-facing environments.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems, auth patterns, data modeling, idempotency, and failure modes.
• Ability to scope technical solutions from ambiguous opportunities and build business justifications for subscriptions.
• Strong ability to present to and influence engineers and executives.

• Scope and qualify technical opportunities; provide early feasibility read.
• Define requirements so Sales, Product, and Engineering align.
• Build working proofs-of-concept when needed to show feasibility.
• Translate deployments into a business case justifying the subscription.
• Embed with clients and write production code; ensure compliance decisions run in production.
• Diagnose data issues, jurisdiction mapping, and tax ID reconciliation.
• Bridge gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders as requirements evolve.
• Deliver builds and runbooks for Client Success to operate independently.
• Feed signals from sales and build motions back into product and GTM strategies.
• Create implementation playbooks with patterns and deployment docs.
