Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an AI Consulting Engineer to deploy, secure, and scale enterprise AI solutions for clients. The role blends technical consulting, AI assistant deployment, and managed service delivery with a focus on governance and secure practices.

You will build AI agents and automations, support cross‑platform assistants such as Copilot and Claude, and collaborate with security and advisory teams to move clients from pilot projects to production‑ready AI adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field
Experience in technology consulting or AI solution delivery
Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI assistant or cloud platform
Knowledge of identity and access management, security, governance

Responsibilities

Deploy and support enterprise AI assistants such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude
Manage onboarding, monitoring, and optimization of Managed AI services
Build AI agents, automations, and lightweight applications
Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and adoption activities
Translate business needs into deployment plans and technical requirements
