Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking an engineer to deliver embedded discovery capabilities, AI agent integration, and scalable data-processing workflows. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, design testable acceptance criteria, and craft incremental delivery plans.

You will build production-quality backend services, implement data-quality checks, and ensure security, governance, and auditable deployments while collaborating with business users and platform

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, testable acceptance criteria, and incremental delivery plans.
• Identify when deterministic logic, conventional automation, retrieval, or an AI agent is the appropriate solution.
• Build working vertical slices that demonstrate business value rather than proofs of concept.
• Communicate technical trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop bounded AI capabilities for research, explanation, recommendation, and workflow assistance.
• Implement structured outputs, context retrieval, tool/function calling, and prompt versioning.
• Ground AI responses in approved sources and preserve links to supporting evidence.
• Enforce authorization boundaries in application code and tool permissions.
• Evaluate model and framework options against enterprise requirements for quality, security, latency, and cost.
• Create unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, and negative tests; develop evaluation datasets; assess AI outputs for grounding and safety.
