Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and use of AI tools for productivity.
• Reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work, with availability during Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists and initiate outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Conduct discovery conversations with business decision-makers to assess needs and qualify opportunities.
• Document all interactions in CRM and contribute to refining sales messaging.
