Job summary

Initio Capital is hiring 10+ Sales Development Representatives to scale a high-growth sales organization across capital advisory, private funding, and AI-powered growth systems.

The role offers remote/hybrid flexibility with a clear path into closing and leadership roles. You’ll generate and qualify opportunities, book meetings for senior closers, and learn multiple offerings while using an AI-enabled sales tech stack.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and lead qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Comfort with AI-enabled selling and modern sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage founders and executives via outbound & inbound channels.
• Run AI-powered outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, CRM sequences).
• Qualify leads against defined ICP and revenue criteria.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives / Closers.
• Learn Initio’s capital, growth, and advisory offerings.
• Maintain clean CRM data and pipeline visibility.
